really good experience
amazing food accommodating staff free event hall
I celebrated my 60th birthday with 70 family members. the manager and staff were very accommodating. They gave me an event hall for free. they provided ushers and entertainment, even opening the bar at extra hours. the shops outside the resort were handy, and the food was amazing.
the pier does not extend far enough to reach the coral. snorkeling experience is a disappointment. the ceramic tiling used on the pathways is treacherous.

free upgrade friendly staff
the staff helped me celebrate my birthday a lot. mr hassan and mr magdy were so great! the all-inclusive package covered meals, snacks, drinks, and activities. we were even upgraded to a two-bedroom room for free by the reservations team.
the floors were always slippery! many times my kids slipped, and i saw other kids slide around pool areas.

the a la carte restaurants served very good food, so i can recommend dining here! breakfast had varied options and fresh fruit. the service was very fast with almost no wait times.

the hotel is right on the beach. there is a nice beach restaurant, so you can eat and still see the sea! the hotel also offers many different types of sport activities every day.

My stay proved really good. The staff provided attentive service. the food selection at the restaurants was excellent. the on-site facilities, including pools and recreational areas . special thanks to the diligent housekeeping team for. i valued the prompt response to requests from various departments.
the wifi signal strength proved slightly inconsistent in certain areas of the resort.

The hotel is excellent. The organization is amazing. The staff was amazing. They were pretty good for us . Restaurants provided diverse food. It was all delicious. The staff were friendly. They were helpful too. I had no trouble to reach out to them.
The alcohol tasted cheap. The cocktails were terrible. I prefer better drinks.

Breakfast was superb. Restaurants offered abundant good cooked food. There were four restaurants on site. Many workers are cleaning in the dining area. They quickly remove your empty plate.
