I celebrated my 60th birthday with 70 family members. the manager and staff were very accommodating. They gave me an event hall for free. they provided ushers and entertainment, even opening the bar at extra hours. the shops outside the resort were handy, and the food was amazing.

the pier does not extend far enough to reach the coral. snorkeling experience is a disappointment. the ceramic tiling used on the pathways is treacherous.

the staff helped me celebrate my birthday a lot. mr hassan and mr magdy were so great! the all-inclusive package covered meals, snacks, drinks, and activities. we were even upgraded to a two-bedroom room for free by the reservations team.

the floors were always slippery! many times my kids slipped, and i saw other kids slide around pool areas.
